does anyone have a 800 doo recoil for sale or know of a upgraded recoil

try just the doo o ring It solved my problems i tried a couple pawl kits with out luck

just buy a brand new asmb from doo... like 280.00 and bolt it in....

I agree - mine was $185.00 plus taxes when I got the "full recoil" for my 07 Rev.

there is an upgraded pawl kit you can buy which is supposed to last 4x longer

also a new housing to help disapate the heat and a eclip to help with rebuilds

but for the price buy the new unit from doo.

Dont bother ordering one for an 800 doo, just order one for the 1000 doo. It has a cast center pawl instead of plastic and it's way better.

I just bought a new sled instead came with new recoil

Yep just buy a new one. I bought parts to fix mine but the plastic center stub is the problem it wears out and the rewind starts to wabble and will not catch. I learned the hard way the folks at the dealer did not tell me that it was a waste of time trying to fix it. So I bought parts and a frickin rewind. I will try the 1000 rewind next time Thanks.
