Just picked up a set of 28" laws for my '12 1000xt. Currently running 28" zillas and they are pretty close to the shocks in the rear. I'm thinking I'm going to have to run spacers for the laws. They are 12.5 rears and 9.5 fronts. Or if I pick up a set of wheels instead what back spacing would I need?

I had to put 1" spacers on both the front and rear on my 2011 800 XTP with 28 outlaws. The fronts rubbed too.

For your G2 chassis unit, on stock wheels ( and any wide 12" rear mud based tire ), U will need spacers on the rear only. Plenty of good info on Sask Hardcore ATV....

I forgot to get back to this post. Definitely need the wheel spacers yup. I bought them just in case as glad I did. Without the spacers in the rear the tires were solid up against the shocks. Fronts are good without them though
