Custom Weld Viper II Mods!!

So we have done a bit of modding to get our boat closer to what we want and need for shallow water! When we had purchased the boat it had previously suffered an impact that was not so bad that it had to be repaired immediately but we knew that eventually we would have to repair it. Upon it's second caress of a rock it was time!

We drove her to Agassiz, BC where Jamie and his team from High Caliber Adventures (<High Caliber Adventures>) have done a fabulous job of reinforcing and strengthening the hull with 6061 T6 aluminum and installing UHMW to the bottom. A pump guard was installed as well as a Jetco stomp grate. After we brought it home it was a mad rush in the dark to drop in an aluminum block LS3 that was tracked down by the awesome Chrisco from OK Tire & Parkland Motorsports ()!!!

We are up and running but do have a bit of tweaking to do such as changing impellers but overall completely pleased with her! This LS3 not only sounds sick but fawking rips too!!

Be careful with that style of grate as with the way it sits one good rock size rock at cruising speed and things are not so good.
