Columbia Icefields Trip

Thursday and Friday did my annual trip on one of my favorite rides,down through Jasper and back up through the Icefields, up hwy 11 and back home. Hope to plan another trip there before Summer is over. Was 910 Klm with all my little detours. Was a blast, anyone interested in doing it again let me know. Spend a night partying in Jasper,.and a couple good days of riding , Priceless.

Glad you had a great time. We camped with our bike and a few friends at Preacher's point on the west end of Abraham Lake. We rode to Lake Louise the first day and the second day we rode to Columbia Icefields( not the best day weather wise) because we would have gone all the way to Jasper and back.

Thanks, most of the trip was great weather other than hwy 11 for about 2hrs. Hope to do it again this year.

Did that trip last month. Weather was fantastic.
That ride never gets old.
Was the traffic slow around that new skywalk, or are the steel workers gone now ?
Supposed to open next spring.

3. Pee break just off the old 1A between Banf & Louise
