clutch set up for 02 700 summit

anyone have a clutch set up for a 02 summit 700 144 track. sled rides and runs nice only runs out of jam climbing. seems like it's not back shifting.

probly not your setup then. when was the last time your clutches were serviced.

i run the dj clutch kit in our zx machines.....awesome...

what do you mean by runs out of jam? rpm drop?

primary and secondary springs should be replaced every season. that can cause some isues.

going to pull clutches apart and clean them up, will check spring tension and length etc. last year sled ran well only seemed to not back shift going uphill, power out etc. Dj clutch kit only works for sec with rev, and the sled doesn't have this. i am prsently looking for a rer secondary to get his kit.

Got a dj kit in my 01 summit 800,bought the secondary from dj himself good deal to.

The Team secondary on my ZX has made an incredible difference. And this is on a sled that gets new springs yearly and lots of cleaning.

Thats how ski-doo clutches work. Put a polaris primary and a team secondary and never look back.
