Last year I had put in 16 gram greaseless wieghts in my 660 rhino , and purple and white spring. Seems to have helped my bottom end alittle but, I'm not enjoying the amount of rpms it takes to engage clutch. So my question is less weight or more weight to engage clutch sooner with less rpm???? Imput needed

If you don't have a built motor why the springs? I have a UTC sheave and 15.5gr roller weights including covers, and went from stock to orange spring then back to stock, I also run 27" Zillas and have no shortage of power. Your machine is having a hard time overcoming the pressure of the secondary spring to upshift, hence the high revs.

So to answer your question, change your spring to lower rates closer to stock

If you want to change the engagement RPM's you will have to replace the springs for the wet clutch not the weights or secondary spring they just change the shift out
