Check Engine Light on 2007 M1000

Just wondering if anyone's had this problem. My brother has a 2007 M1000. He has the entire SLP pipe, y-pipe, silencer setup c/w V-force reeds, and the Boondocker control box. He was out on Saturday and it started to flash a code. The engine light would come on, then flash 7 times. He thought maybe something got wet. Put it in the garage and thawed everything out, and its still doing it. Didn't seem to affect the way the sled ran. Just not sure what the code means.
