Hello-
I ride a 99 RMK 700 with a PSI single Pipe and Can. When I bought the sled, the ACCS had already been removed and an SLP Air Box was added. The main jets are currently 170 (PTO) and 175 (MAG). The stock Main Jets should be 190's with the ACCS and should be increased with the PSI pipe and can addition. I would love some feedback as to the correct main jet sizes I should use for a non ACCS setup with a PSI Pipe and Can, riding at 6,000-10,000 feet @ +10-40 degrees F.
Thank You.

if you can get ahold of PSI...LOL!! OR find a setupsheet i would run the jets they say to. because to me it seems like they should be stock size or maybe one sieze smaller. that seems a little lean but you have to look at the plugs and piston wash to really tell. all sleds are differant.

170/175 isn't too bad above 6000. We have a stock 99 RMK 700 with Accs removed(gutted air box) in our group with 172/175 at 3000'. Check your wash before you go leaner.

Clutching is the key for the 99's. I really liked the cat roller on mine. I ran 10-60 with almond round primary, cat roller with straight 49 and yellow spring with SLP single pipe and heads. Over 6000', you should be able to go to 10-58's. I also played with gearing all the way to 18/41, but liked stock best even with 151" track. (144 was best)
