I was just reading the avy report for the south rockies when I noticed something I hadn't seen too much before.
"Travel Advice:
-Watch for obvious signs of instability, such as recent avalanche activity, whumpfs, and shooting cracks under your skis or sled. If you see any of these signs, it is time to back off and stick to simple terrain.
-Regroup well away from avalanche slopes in dense timber or on high ground.
-If bogging down, stop spinning your track before you dig through and hit the weak layer below."
Some information targeted directly to sledders. This is pretty dang cool to see.
