Track is showing some wear,Have a shot at a 162 but will it work, even if I have to add a big wheel kit I would consider it.The stock 159 is only got 2 inch paddles, would like to get a 162 with taller paddles.Any info you have would be appreciated.

Should be no problem as the track will only be 1.5" longer to the wheels could either big wheel or slide your skid back an inch

No it won't. The total length of the track is 162". Rail will be considerably less than half of that.

I've put lots of 162" tracks into 159" edges. Like stated above make sure you have the right drivers. You probably have 2.52" pitch and the new track will be 2.86" Avid makes 7Tooth 2.86" drivers for the old hex shaft. They work great. Also it is easiest to just pickup a 162" skid if you can get your hands on one as the track will not go tight enough with your 159" rails. Even with big wheels unless you move your skid further back in the tunnel. The newer skids from a dragon or pro are a huge upgrade and highly recommend it.
