Hey

I was riding last weekend and had a little bump with a tree. Noticed a broken orange spacer that mustve popped off the gears going to the primary clutch. Unfortunately the gears are out and the sled wont move.

Any ideas on where this spacer is from and how I install a new one? Been all over the ski doo parts site and cant seem to find the right diagram.

The pictures you posted are of the starter and ring gear. That is how everything is supposed to look there. When you say the sled wont move what to you mean? Does it start, wont rev up at all, revs up but just powers out and the rear suspension compresses? We need more info.

The pic does look like it might be a roller out of the secondary. Don't see where that type of spacer would fit on the starter. looks like the same kind of setup that was on my son's freestyle and it doesn't have any kind of plastic spacer on the starter.
