I'm running a poo doo. Rev chassis with a cfi engine, on the weekend I broke the crank on the connecting rod journal, haven't split the cases yet but can see what's a matter, interested in what to go to. Long rod kit, Welded stock or what the best solution for reliability, I also was running a mtnk fix kit on the top end last season.

"Poo Doo" that sounds like the toilet bowl after a whiskey night lol. I agree nice sled. I would probably just toss a stocker back in, this seems like a unique failure.

There's a kit to put a efi 900 cat in that chassis. Reliable and powerful option

Seems like an excessive route to take as a fix. Those things were hard on cranks stock.

900 zr or king car was the best bottom end of its day. Big bore kits would last 5000 miles easy. 1010 or 1150 cc kits. Hard to start but went like hell. They would last longer stock than 5 Polaris 800's. to back and watch the first or 2nd thunderstruck vids. All big bore cats

How much boost are you running? Wondering if it was excessive runout that broke the crank or something else. Hate to rebuild it and have it happen again.
