Brazeau Dam Ride

Rode around the brazeau dam today, rode from the bottom of the spillway to the power plant, snow was actually pretty good with around 1 to 2 feet of fresh, took lots of helmet cam footage but need to edit before posting. Was actually surprised at the amount see as the province is pretty sparse.

How deep is the snow in total?

It varies from 1 to 2 feet, on the trail through the river valley the base was good with about 6 inches to a foot, but on the ice there was no real base. The powerline right of way that parallels the highway after the damn had about three to four feet of powder in it approx.

just park at the campground. lots of room if cleared. heading kinda out there area tomorrow if anyone interested.
