Block heater cord - Dodge

Where is the block heater cord stored (hidden) in a 2009 Dodge Ram 3500 diesel? I know didn't you look, any input would be appreciated.

Right near your passenger side tow hook area. Will be behind the bumper stored in there somewhere.

Kind of hidden by the coolers and tow hooks a little bugger to find.
