We have rolled out four of them so far at work and all of the "users" seem to be happy with them. What do you find frustrating with it? I still have the 8830 so have not had too much time on the Storm, only a bit of setup time.

scrolling and typing is impossible if your hands are larger than a 12 year old girlS, and how the heck do you pull up the cusor menu while browsing?
while using the phone if your cheek touches the touch screen it switches to speaker. on and on iam tempted to stomp it ten times a day.

Maybe you got the Blackberry "Stomp" by accident. If you do crush it take video and post.

I'm using my 8330 to reply to this post. Love it. Tried the Storm seemed OK. Have you looked in the Crackberry forum for some answers or advice?

go to blackberryfreeware.com with your storm, and download the screenlock utility..... that'll fix your problems dudes! kind've a lock like the ipod touch
