I was lookin for a second sled just a stock 154-800 etech for the wife, people on kijijij have no clue some times, I got frustrated and bought a new one cheaper then what they were asking. Good time to buy now, wish I didn't pay what I did for my 2015 T3 now! Lol.

But having a new sled for the first part of the year, and break in before its stupid deep

Is why I would snow check one

Also about the time u get ur new one, snow is on the ground and ur used one is worth more too, rather than buying a sp one now, and getting jack sh!t for ur used one cause it's over half way through the season

Any other year I'd agree with you 100%, but not this year. Way to many guys trying to take advantage of others misfortune by low balling.

So pay a premium and order a sled that says a X on it and has different shocks and bars? And pay 2500-3000 plus tax and pdi more than a sp on a rebate with three year warranty?

It used to be 1 year warranty with the big rebate on in season sleds, so that screws the guys over that snow checked a X. And the rebates started early Jan. Guys on here are comparing a sp as a equal to a X, value wise so what the point in buying a X anymore??

I would not kick myself for paying too much for your 15. The economy was different and the sled was exposed to the public masterfully by doo creating the demand when most people had cash flow. Automakers were holding the line on the latest in greatest at that time as well. The weatherman did not cooperate last season. We cannot contol the world price of oil or the weather.

Not gonna say what I paid as people on here criticize everything. But I did call 5-6 dealers and their price was the best and I'm happy! I bought a 2016 sp-154-2.5". The warranty is 1 yr but you can add 2 yrs extra for 500$ . I'm still debating this as this sled might see 400-500kms of easy riding a yr.

I paid 13535 out the door in gibbons for a 16 sp estart 3 years warranty 174! Some guys say it's not x but I priced out a x in November and it was a touch over 18,000! Good deals from brp! No belt or cover and just enough fuel to load it but hay for 4500 can deal with it!
