Best Place to find power

I am throwing a temp guage into a 2007 XRS and wondering where the best place to tie into for power? Install is easy, just wondering if one place is better than another.

should be an accessory power harness hanging down on the right side of the machine above the chaincase. red and black wire with plastic ends to plug into.
