bent frames

Just curious how many people have bent the frame or crushed a arms and shocks after barely even riding over anything ??09 summit x I guess thats where they shaved off the 50 lbs

I smoked a rock on my 09X so hard I front flipped off the sled, then it ran over me. A-arm buckled but everything else is intact. Replaced the A-arm and the skis line up fine so I assume I was lucky.

bent my bulk head on my 06x from hitting a rock at the high speeds of 10 km/h, but i can smack into a tree so hard it snaps the top off and not bend anything? hmmmm

There made to crumple and absorb impact, early last winter i hit a rock with my then Polaris it also wrinkeld the lower A arm, but I tied it to the floor and used a floor jack and she rolled back into shape, ran like a top after that. [I got floor pots in my garage]
