I installed a Ultima primary belt drive on a buddy's '99 soft tail and am having a heck of a time with the starter. Sometimes it will start fine, others it won't engage. It more often than not doesn't engage. It is a new drive on the starter (uses a '89-'93 drive). Driving me crazy, any kind of clues to what may be up?
