BCA Radios Thank You Debbie & Dwayne

Just a shoot out to the great folks at BCA in the area where they do warranty out in the interior of BC
I had a issue with a BCA radio where the cord of the mike twists into the radio unit and the collar broke and it would not hold the mike cord into the radio
I called the great folks at BCA, Debbie and Dwayne and returned the defective unit and three days later Bingo Bango a new radio is on my door step in Sherwood Park

It does not get any better than this folks

Radios work awesome and when you need help the people make the great service a special thing

I had the same issue with one of my radios happen also. Radio was purchased in Calgary at the doo dealer bow cycle. so that's where I went to return the radio.The girl at the parts counter phoned the rep for BCA to tell her about the issue with my radio and the rep said to replace the radio,however bow cycle didn't have any radios in stock. So I took the radio back to Prince Albert with me and returned it to Praire Recreation with no questions asked.

Had a battery mess up on me. One email later I had a new one in my hand. Pretty slick customer service.
