Combine ingredients.

Season to taste.

Bake in oven while baked potatoes cook.

Uncover and add cheese, let brown a bit.

BBQ some meat

Drink several beers before, during and after. Enjoy

Secret ingredient.... Fresh from the garden beets and potatoes. And some Mennonite sausage.

What did you stuff your jalapeños with? Looks more than just cream cheese.

Those ones had cream cheese, chorizo and a sprinkle of cayenne. Also turned out to be some blazing jalapeños lol. Had the sweats when eating them, but super tasty.

Coat the one side of your steaks with salt, I mean till its absolutely white with salt and leave it on for an hour per inch of thickness of the steak. Rinse off and season how you prefer. The salt tenderizes the steak and makes even the crappiest cut amazing, makes amazing cuts that much better. Just dont season with salt after or leave the salt on too long and they always turn out amazing.

oh and it makes your steaks cook faster so just a heads up

If if you manage to have any leftover poppers, chop them up and put them in scrambled eggs. So good.

What are most using for meat thermometers? I've had bad luck with thermocouples not lasting very long.

I agree. Seems I'm buying a new one every 4-5 years and we only use it for roasts (gotta keep it red inside) and whole chicken (wifey doesn't like red inside).

Right now I have a $30 one from Wally Mart. Works good but only one year old.
