Bad vibration

I have a 2010 switchback with 3000 miles. Felt a bog so i stoped. Motor was vibrating bad. Changed plugs even though they looked good. Rhode back to the truck. I run pemium fuel, just cleaned my exhaust valves, pulled the plugs tonight, the top of the pistons are both black. it doesn't want to idle. It still felt like i had lots of power but i didn't push it too hard. Any suggestions.

check the compression might be due for a new top end

Check to see if your primary is doing the wobble. I've seen and felt vibration like that before, just before my crank blew apart.
