Avalanche Warning ???

I found this article in the Edmonton Journal today. Apparently this is a pretty wide spread area of BC that is under Avalanche Warning.

It appears to be a current post, but it leads into stories from a month ago, so am a little uncertain, but one can never be too careful or too aware.

People have to start reading and checking this site before they go to the mountains not reading in the in the news paper

I agree with you 100% on that, S*L*B but (and I don't know why I am constantly defending my posts), the post was in no way intended to lead sledders and outdoor enthusiasts to the Edmonton Journal over the Canadian Avalanche site. Of course they should be doing the research before they head to the hills!!

I happened upon the article, and not seeing any posts in here about the AVY Warning in the area, posted the link as information only. Do with it as you wish.
