I seem to be getting a lot of different opinions on which position is the best.I have always had mine in hillclimb position and was considering turning it around just to see what kind of difference it makes.Buddies are getting tired of the big roost!Would be nice to have brakes again too!All opinions are appreciated, good or bad! Please let me know what you think!

Re: Track

Hey Catmando: All The Mags That I've Read, All Said To Get Rid Of The Attak 20 Track And Put On The Camoplast Mavericks.... The Idea Behind The Attak 20 Is Good, But You Either Sacrifice Deep Snow Powder Or Braking Abilities..... My Preference Would Be The Proper Way(for The Braking Ability) And Its Supposed To Help With The Powder(especially With The Tips Pushing Down On The Snow, Then Pulling It Back - As The Track Is Designed). Just My 2 Cents

Thanks summitric, thats kinda what I thought too.I prefer playing in the powder over hillclimbing anyway and when we were in that deep powder in Mcbride it felt like I was trenching way to much. That is when I started thinking about flipping it back. Was getting way to used to riding without brakes.Didnt realize how bad it was untill I jumped on my wifes sled in Valemount last weekend, hit the brakes on a steep slope and almost bit it.Will try this out and may look at getting a camo !

Re: Tracks

YEA, I'D DEFINATELY GET A CAMO TRACK(IF YOU CAN AFFORD ONE) AND THEY DOO SUGGEST THE MAVERICK IS THE NEW(TRICK) TRACK TO HAVE..... SUPPOSED TO BE A 100% IMPROVEMENT OVER THE ATTAK 20 TRACK. JUST WHAT I'VE READ IN ALL THE MAGS..... GOODLUCK CATMANDO:cool:
P.S. YOU PROBABLY WON'T NEED PULLED OUT AS MUCH EITHER(JUST KIDDING YA) AND YOU COULD PROBABLY RIDE WITHOUT FRIENDS SOMETIMES TOO(SORRY, JUST KIDDIN' AGAIN)

Well I fliped er around and went out and tested it as best as I could without access to a mountain and so far so good.It really seems to sit up on the snow a lot better rather than diggin for coal! LOL! Hooks up better than I expected and its like I just got a brake job! Dont see myself flippin er back either!
