Just figured that I would post this up here, somehow in the randomness of searching youtube for sled videos I found someone who posted an entire AST1 session on youtube. I don't think that this eliminates the need for a a classroom AST-1 but is good refresher, or to make sure that your cheap buddies will be able to save you if anything ever happened.
