Already for it..

Interesting you mention power washer. Last fall the guy gave us a 4x4 foot sample of turf. We put it on the deck all winter and the little dogs went on it.
On Tuesday I took that 4x4 sample and pressure washed it to clean it. Like i really tried to damage it with the water spray. Never made a mark on it and cleaned up very well.

What's required for site prep? Is it black dirt underneath or gravel?


8 to 10 inches of 3/4 inch crush. Then use a plate tamper.
And slope and level per City drainage and final grade markings.

So dog crap must be an issue now though, you cant just pulverize it with the lawn mower....

Be nice to know if its just a quick pick-up or if a rinse is required because nobody likes sh*t streaks
