Anyone out there know the paint code for AC orange or where I can find a pint of AC orange?

The Cat paint comes in 12 oz spray cans or 1/2 oz. touch up paint bottles.
There is hood paint or metal paint... depends what you are looking for! Arctic Cat also sells a clear coat for the hood as well.

I want to paint my o9 hood AC orange, I would prefer to use an airless instead of spray bombs. Is there no code or is it a AC secret and only available in spray bombs?

I don't blame you... I wouldn't really wanna spray bomb either...
Let me shoot them a email message on Monday - I doubt it's any kind of best kept secret, but I have been surprised before!

They also sell the spray bombs for $18.95. I'm trying to get a pint that I can use a airless, the job turns out better and I can then use multiple coats of clear on it. Thanks for the help.

Why go with the exact color that others have? Pick something different... Maybe a more tangerine metallic color. For the money you will spend to paint it, you might as well do something different

Just go to a body shop and use a paint code sample colors should be able to get pretty close. I have never seen mfg. release there paint codes.

if you have a sample of the color you want take it to an autobody supply store (ie:Cmax, carlsons,abs,etc.) they can scan it and mix what ever size you need.
