Anyine know about these old Indy 500 Wide Tracks,

friend has one sitting behind his garage,. 2000 miles, on it. $1000 hasnt used it in 10 yrs,it has reverse, 20 in track , I like a sled the wife can ride on behind me..tryed putting a 2 up seat and back rest on my 92 indy 500 EFI SKS,...no leg room.,wasnt comfy..this old widetrack might be better for a slow ride with my girl.

I believe that unit has a 2-speed gear case, make sure its in good shape because they are expensive to repair (if parts are still available?). The EFi worked okay but were very sensitive to battery voltage, so the battery has to be in perfect condition, the indy 500 motors were great, not overly powerful but very reliable.
