Alder Flats

Thinking of going to the Alder Flats area for long weekend to do some quadding. Never been in that area, heard it's supposed to be good. A little information of what to expect and where to random camp would be great. Thank you

Should be able to camp right at the Rose creek rec. area, that is where most stage. Not sure what other areas are like for camping around there. Expect a ton of mud on trails if it has rained out there at all. all is fun and most is passable. Always another way around each hole. There is a good mix of trails and deep mud, also you can head out by the river and have lunch there as there is a small picnic area. Not sure how we got there though I just followed and didn't have my GPS with me.
