I've got the motor out and the welds are cracked on the plate that the back two motor mounts sit on. Just the three back welds where it meets the tunnel. All the other welds are fine and I cannot move the plate. The bottom of the steering column is also attached to this plate.

Has anyone seen this and is it worth stripping everything out to get these welds repaired?

Thanks

Yup, i agree with t.t. .... Better safe than sorry. If you don't fix it now, the cracks may get longer and stress fracture and break away... You steering is also attached to this right? Fix it now, before we doo have snow!

Thanks guys,
It wasn't that much more work to get everything out of the way so I'm going to get it welded.
