550F Secondary Tension

I have a little 550 fan (Rev platform) with some really dirty clutches. I pulled the secondary apart and cleaned it up, put it back together using the original settings (B2) but it doesn't have enough tension on the spring to pull the inner half back. I took it apart and set it to B6, but it seems like a lot of tension now. I am figuring somewhere around 14lbs should be close. I talked to the guys at Turples, but they said that spec isn't available. I can keep farting around with it in the feild, but if somebody already went through the motions, it might make my life easier.

Sorry, posted in the wrong spot. I also should add that it has a 136" track, 115lb female rider, and will be trail ridden, probably never see the hills.
