I think the spindle is the biggest upgrade, cat does offer a 38" kit with the new spindles may be worth looking into!

Thanks. Maybe I could find some take offs from a 2014 or 2015 Otherwise front end and shocks will probably cost me 2000?

Nooooooo. You shouldn't be anywhere NEAR there. I did my kit a little over a year ago for about 1100 WITH the shock kit install. I know prices have gone up a bit, but not that much. And you can sell your old stuff to help offset the cost. I sold my 38/39 front end parts for $425.

Lots of people still selling those. If you decide to do 38" and need shocks to match, I have my Fox Float 3 for sale, Would take $300.00 for the pair. Won't sell my old 38 front end, it isn't in great shape, but the shocks are.
