just purchesd a set of 27inch silverbacks with itp ss312 rims that are supposed to be off set but the thin lug that raps around the bead rubs my tie rod  is this normal ? i dont really want to get spacers i was thinking maybe some washers also people have said i can flip the tie rods ? is that good? other wise im probably going to just shave part of the tire off. any suggestions ?

i wouldn't suggest using washers. you can flip the tie rods to the bottom side of the strut and they will clear but then you have to do a hole wheel allignment. i would suggest a 1" spacer.
