New cover and tank look great! A few more lbs dropped. Some more room in the footwell also.

So we have a before and after measurement on the bdx front end. The bdx front end raises the sled about 1/2”. Clearance to the bottom of the chain case cover is just under 8”. Sounds about the same height as guys doing iceage elevate kits from what I’ve been reading.

The front end on your sled looks clean and how it should look .
Not those stupid big spindles ?? Lol
And why didn’t you go with a TKI belt drive ? Just wondering?

Bdx says 8 1/2 lbs weight loss with the cover. The cover is well under $200. So from a cost standpoint the cover is great. With the aluminum gear in the bottom there isn’t very much rotating weight. I think belt drives are awesome but wanted to try this first.

BDX boards, backwoods BMP bumper. The BDX chaincase cover and boards really open up the footwell on that side. Always had snow and ice rammed in that corner. Will stay nice and open now.

The high-viz green looks sharp. I don't usually like a green sled, but this is my exception.

So maybe I missed it, but have you ridden it yet? Year is 1/2 over.

Came to read the last page of this thread to get all caught up on the game changing Alpha Cat and I learned not everybody knows how good the Ram trucks are and learned how to trim a snowflap for a Cat and whos all going riding. Kinda disappointing.
