2013 m8 whistle/bog

Has this happened to anyone? I have a 2013 m8 and it has a whistle. It does not do it right when I start the sled or let it sit and idle but after I ride for 30 ish seconds i hear it. It will bog right out when I holder right to the pin and almost die and it will make that noise until I shut it off. I am thinking a fuel or air issue???? I can hear it the best from sitting on the seat and when I pull both side panels off I can't hear it from either side??

Check the reeds May be a problem there.

If it's a bog at full RPM it could be a fuel pump...

dealer checked fuel pump and said it was good and they changed out the smart valves as cat has an upgrade for them. Not sure if it has helped but they did mine and my brothers for free as we both had the same issue.
