2012 etec changes.

So what gives the 2012 etec 800's have a max rpm of 7900 compared to the 2011 8000 rpm, so I wonder what the reason for that is, and if the HP is going to be the same as the 2011. And it does look like the sleds came with a 40deg cam I couldn't see the secondary spring color.
