2011 expedition chaincase problem HELP

i have a 1200 expedition every time i hit the throtle there a tuck noise in the chain case i no it all gears but were is the loose comming from the cloth turn about half a turn befor it engages befor the drive shaft turns wondering if any one noes what the problem could b thanks
