Went to change weights on my sled on Saturday and noticed my primary spring was broken in half. I've heard of this happening to many others on Snowest and such as well. Removed the spring and took it to my dealer. He said he heard through the rumor mill that the stock Black/Orange spring has been failing. In turn, he gave me an Orange/White spring that is very similar. I believe it's a "high engagement" spring on older M8's, but works almost normally on the 2010's. Engagement is slightly higher than before, but no big deal. Keep an eye on your stocker though!
