2010 M8 has a flutter

I just got up a 2010 M8 HCR with 3,000 miles on (know the guy who put 1,500 of them on it). It seems to have a flutter where it doesn't get full power once in a while. Sometimes more noticeable than others. It doesn't bog or die but you can tell there is a bit of loss in power. I have cleaned the power valves, replaced the plugs and ran some Sea Foam through the fuel. Not sure if the power valves are out of adjustment. How can you tell this or how do you set them?

Should tell u in your owners manual how to adjust you cables for your power valves. Sounds like the same issue I had with an M7 I used to have. It was the power valves out of adjustment that caused the flutter on mine.

When was the last time the reeds were change with 3000 mile properly need to be replaced.
