2009 rhino 700 won't start

I have a 2009 rhino. after my last ride it refused to start and run. pulled the fuel pump assembly. replaced the suction screan with a fuel filter from NAPA. put it backin, ran for 50 feet and quit again. Has lots of spark. replaced plug. pulled every wire conector apart and made sure no wires are broke. turns over ok. pulled injector out, drained fuel rack. put back in. rhino started and only ran for 2 mins. won't start again. WTF!
is it the fuel pump? it cycles and seems fine. has lots of fuel pressure at the injector. If it is the fuel pump, anyone know what pump yamaha uses in the rhino. My kingquad 700 pump is a bosh unit used in honda and chev cars. when it did run it had trouble opening up to higher RPM'S

More info.... Is it stock or modded in any way?? (MSD box or other exhaust, etc.) Sounds like fuel starvation , do you have a pressure guage to put in the line to to check it?
