I own a 2009 polaris rmk 600 shift and had a reflash done about the 100 mile mark sled ran like a bullet till about 1200 mile till it started fouling plugs like crazy. You let the sled run for about 2 minutes till it is warm enough to touch the throttle and it fouls a plug. If you let it warm up perfect soon as you touch the throttle it fouls a plug. it seems everytime when i start it up first for a ride it seems to fould a plug even when it is warmed up enough soon as you touch the throttle it fouls a plug. A buddy of min owns a 2007 700 dragon and went through 15 plugs in 200 miles. He tryed diffrent brand of plugs new plug wires and better fuel didnt seem to work. It is so bad now it wont even idle for 30 seconds without fouling a plug.
