2006 torrent engine light

The wife drives a 2006 Pontiac Torrent AWD with a 3.4 L engine. The check engine light came on this evening when she was coming home from work. I used my OBD reader and check the code, PO128 coolant temp thermostat.

I think the thermostat is stuck opened, it is still throwing heat out and the antifreeze is good.

My question is how hard is it going to be to change this thermostat on this engine??

Got this done on Sunday, the thermostat is on the drives side. Just need to remove the battery cover to make a little bit more room to work, took about 1/2 hour to do.
