do em properly and take your time otherwise youll end up like me with a 2 thousand dollar bill for a bottom end rebuild with a screwed up piston and cylinder cuz you shimmed to much and ALL THE VALVES were hitting the piston causing the connecting rod bearing to blow up sending big metal chunks to bounce around destroying your case and getting junk everywhere

Got the same bike only a year older,do most work myself but this one I leave to the guys that have an education in this field. It may save you money in the long run by taking it to the dealer. If you still want to do it your self your owners manual tells you how step by step.

Gotta do mine now. bike won't kick start so the guy at honda said its compression or the valves so yea doing the valves anyway even if it is compression.
