2006 800 Outlander Max XT Troubles

I have a 2006 800 Outlander Max XT . I have been getting a I pitch squealing noise coming from the back of the bike. I only happens when there is about quarter of a tank of gas or less. I figured out that if I loosen the gas cap the noise disappears for a while.

Does anyone know what causing this noise?

Sounds like the feul tank isnt venting proper
