2004 yamaha viper Clutch Weights issue

Hey, my roommates got a 2004 Yamaha Viper, running around here it runs fine but when we hit the mountains having real issues getting the needed rmp outta the machine. Right now running the 8DN 10 weights in the primary, just wondering what he should be using in the mountains?

so i had 3 vipers, i had a mountain viper before they made the mountian version.. let me help u out, what you need to let us know is what else is on it , is it stock, or what, best setup, variflo- slp pipes, 2800 km no issues, slp pipes are 33 hp bolt on,,, let me know, pm or call during the day and let me know the details. the viper is the best all round mountian sled, hp per weight - with the after market exhaust..
