2004 skidoo skandic 440F carb settings.

whats the ideal setting for the mixture ands idle on a 2004 skidoo skandic 440f, the owner messed w everything, tryin to do his own tuning. It came in as a nostart job, but after 10 mins in a shop it fires up, when left outside for over 3 hrs , its a very hard starter, ive played with the mixture to get it idling rite but its still a biotch to start, gotta hold the throttle wide open just to get the motor to fire and catch.
Can anyone tell me where how many turns out to start with along with idle rpms?
