Watch your plugs. Try needle in a leaner position give it a run. Re check plugs. Do you have hot or cold plugs. Plug shoul tell you what to do. Then work with mains.

Is it a lean bog or rich, I would pull the carbs and clean them, and the pilots too. Set the fuel screw at 1 1/2 turns to start.
Jetting looks good,
what shape is the belt, and when did you last replace the clutch springs.

Id try a smaller pilot jet as it controls the fuel up till approx 1/4 throttle.

How much smaller? 50? Or a 45?

I would start with 50's first and see if there is an improvement. If it still has a slight bog at low RPM- try 45.s. Make sure to set your air mixture screw at 1and 1/2 turns out. Im assuming you have Mikuni round slide carbs on there- take a 1/4 in. drill bit and put it in the throat of the carb and set the slides using the adjuster nut so that each slide just touches the drill bit. This will ensure that each carb is pulling in a equal amount of air.

I think u are jetted to rich, I had same setup and run 390/370 with 50 pilot needle #2 from top of jet needle, around grande prairie. I would run 350/330 in the mountains, same slp pipe and gutted air box. This was jetting for 5c to -12c. U should be safe to -30c with your jetting. If plugs are dark go leaner until u get a nice brown. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1421332704.972951.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1421332704.972951.jpg
