hi i have posted in the gen2 section but thought i might get a quicker reply here!
sled has run great for the 2 years i have had it but this morning when riding across a field before heading into the mountains the engine just slowed up and stopped.
took the plugs out looked fine, took y pipe off pistons are intact and couldnt see any scoring of pistons or cylinders,
removed the belt and when turning the clutch by hand i can nearly do a full engine cycle but then it sticks.....when turning the engine backwards all is fine ...no resistance ,grating or nasty noises.
walked back home got another sled and went back and dragged it into my workshop..... in the morning gonna strip it down.
any ideas where i should start looking?
thanks in advance

Maybe you had a piston skirt break off.Might explain why it only sticks when you spin it in one direction.Pull off your intake and take out the reeds you should be able to see something. How many miles?Possible crank bearing starting to really pile up.
