I'm Looking At Buying A New Track For My 06 Summit 800. I Want To Buy A 16'x2.5'x151 I Think That I Can Fit The Longer Paddles By Just Puting New Drivers With One Tooth Smaller. This Will Also Give Me More Tourc To Push The Bigger Paddles. If Anyone Has Any Better Ideas On How To Do This Tell Me. [ Keep It Simple I Don't Want To Do A Drop And Roll]

I Believe You're Right

YOU'RE CORRECT IN ASSUMING THE EASIEST WAY TO STUFF THE TRACK UNDERNEATH WOULD BE TO RUN SMALLER DRIVERS;) . HOWEVER, HAVE YOU CHECKED WITH SKI-DOO, OR ONE OF THE AFTERMARKET SHOPS TO SEE IF THE 2.5" WILL FIT UNDERNEATH WITHOUT ANY MODS:confused: ?? I'M QUITE SURE THE RT1000 2.25" TRACK FROM '05 COULD ACCOMODATE A 2.5" LUG WITHOUT ANY MODS, LIKE MY '06 RT1000 ALREADY HAS A 2.5" POWDERLITE LUG(I MEASURED THE LUGS). I'M QUITE SURE THE BIGGER LUGS WILL SLIP RIGHT IN THERE. HOW MANY TOOTH DRIVERS DOES YOUR SLED HAVE AND WHAT YEAR IS YOUR SLED??? GOOD LUCK AND KEEP US IN TOUCH.
