what can the problem be, clutch is clean, carbs clean, throttle cable new, everything seems good, reeds are good, but it seems to have a hanging rpm, hit throttle to 6000 rpm, and let off and it will stay there then slowly come down, feels like the throttle is stuck open but its not, slides come down but rpm is up... would a crank case leak cause this.. the carb boots are good..
